Mini - Juniors

Welcome to the Gosforth Mini / Juniors. 

Mini/Junior rugby at Gosforth RFC is designed to introduce children to the sport but more importantly having fun and enjoying the game of rugby. Our mini/junior rugby is open to all children aged 5 to 17. Younger age groups start on smaller pitches and develop basic skills, moving on to tag and contact they get older. 

This season we are running 7 age grade teams from the U6's to our U15s. See our Colts page for 16 and 17 year old info. Age grade means playing children in their own age group with coaches dedicated to that group.

We run regular training sessions every Sunday from 10:00 am throughout the season at Broadway West plus school festivals and matches with other clubs both home and away - See our calendar below for more details.

Remember - our Mini / Rugby is run by volunteers both on and off the pitch - so if you feel you could help out in any way - please get touch - training will be provided where necessary.
